Sterling Silver
We use the highest quality 925 sterling silver. As such, it does tarnish and how much depends on the wearer’s body chemistry. We recommend polishing your Trinity Cross when needed with a polishing cloth such as the two layer Connoisseurs® Silver Jewelry Polishing Cloth which will both clean and polish your Trinity Cross jewelry.

Confidentiality
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party. We may on occasion send promotional emails for Trinity Cross Jewelry new products or coupons to your email address. If not wanted, you may unsubscribe from these emails.

Payment

We accept commonly used credit and debit cards, such as VISA and Mastercard, as methods of payment. With prior arrangement, we also accept Paypal, Venmo, personal checks and money order payments or cash; please contact us.

Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 5 – 7 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and include a tracking number given to you via email.

Order Cancellation Policy

To be accepted, any cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of ordering.

Returns and Refunds
If you’re not entirely happy with your Trinity Cross Jewelry purchase, we are not happy and will make it right. Items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase. The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Chains may be exchanged for a different desired length. You will be responsible for paying minimal shipping charges entailed with US Post Office. A returned item should be packaged securely in packaging similar to that in which it arrived. Please send Priority Mail or First Class and require a signature upon delivery to us. Please include your name, address, phone number and email address with your return and a copy of your receipt. For an exchange, no additional shipping charges will be charged for the outgoing order to you. Please notify us by email that you are submitting an item for return and include the tracking number.
